Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, integrating advanced technology solutions, and promoting sustainability practices. Additionally, the Director ensures safety and compliance standards are met, addresses talent shortages through strategic initiatives, and manages real estate assessments and space management. Due to the nature and scope of this position, the employee will be required to commit to an irregular work schedule, which will include altering day hours as necessary and working weekends, evenings, and holidays. The position will be required to take after-hours emergency calls and will require extensive in-district travel. Compensation and Benefits The starting salary for this position will be $134,978 - $258,633.
