This role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance field operations efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the deployment, installation, and support of technology solutions at client sites.Manage and mentor a team of field service managers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Collaborate with product procurement, logistics, sales, and customer support teams to align field operations with business objectives.Monitor and analyze field performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Develop and manage budgets for field operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.Handle escalated client issues and complex operational challenges, providing effective resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in field operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience (8+ years) in field operations or a similar role within the technology industry, including leadership experience.Strong understanding of technology deployment, support services, and operational processes.Strong MS 365, Power BI and ERP experience.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Willingness to travel as needed to oversee operations and meet with clients.Additional Information:This position will require travel up to 10 days per month.Novatech is an equal-opportunity employer.
