Our client is a global manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment products and a manufacturer of components and systems for chemical fluid handling. Our client has a unique opportunity for the right candidate. As the Director of Field Service, you are responsible for the performance of field service technicians in your assigned region, as well as developing aftermarket revenue from existing clients. The company's foundation is based on innovative products, services, industry-specific solutions, and providing more efficiency and safety to customers worldwide.The Director of Field Service is a hybrid leadership and business development role. This a remote role and you can reside anywhere in the United States. In addition to the ability to lead field service technicians, the ideal candidate will have a solid electro/mechanical background with at least 5-7 years of direct hands-on experience from the military or civilian industrial environment.This is a client-facing role, so the ideal candidate will also possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers. This is a brand-new role within the company. It is a true opportunity to display your technical and operations leadership abilities that were honed during your time in the military. The compensation package for this role is very competitive. There is a performance bonus, eligible up to 20% of base salary.
