POSITION

We are seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to lead the financial strategy and operational management for our growing organization. This leadership role oversees financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, and compliance, while also optimizing operational processes to support growth. The Director also plays a key role in human resources, assisting with talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with current employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, operations, and HR, with proven leadership and strategic thinking skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA or CMA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial and operational management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role preferred
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations / payroll, QuickBooks online, and managing company-wide financial strategies
  • Strong familiarity with HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, benefits, and payroll management
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, accounting tools) and HR management systems
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiencies
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, capable of fostering collaboration across departments
  • Team-oriented, humble spirit with desire to learn and grow
