Point Blue Conservation Science seeks an experienced grants administrator to oversee the management, budgeting and compliance of $75 million+ in federal, state and local grants and contracts. Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of 4, this position will manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and drive for quality results. In addition, this role fosters and maintains clear communication and effective working relationships with external funders and internal colleagues. This is a hybrid remote position, with a salary range of $140,000 to $165,000 depending on qualifications.
