$160-200k base + bonus + equity

We are currently partnered with a phenomenal new company who have developed the world's leading software platform dedicated to tackling the plastic waste crisis. This platform unites brands, consumers, innovators, and policymakers with a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and social impact. They have successfully recovered millions of kilograms of plastic waste, significantly benefiting the planet and improving the lives of marginalized waste workers.

They are now looking for a Head of Finance to team up with their COO and play a pivotal role in their next phase of growth. With the opportunity to have a seat at the table planning strategy, ideal candidate will utilize strong analytical skills to provide strong financial models to assist their plans to scale. You will also have responsibilities as a mentor within the company to foster a culture of collaboration , and drive success in colleagues' personal growth and business objectives across the wider company.

You Will:

• Take ownership of budget, collaborating with stakeholders to maximize alignment with company goals and targets.
• Spearhead the automation of FP&A processes for accurate reporting to management and company board.
• Conduct analysis of operational and financial data to facilitate advising leadership with actionable insights.
• Continue to lead from the top with data-driven decision making and a mindset of continuous improvement.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of success in this field
• Prior hands-on experience overseeing the journey from Seed/Series A to Series C
• Strong leadership skills and motivation to lead by example
