- Oversee, direct, and manage the company's financial operations and functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury,
and audit.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
- Lead the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and manage financial risk, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including financial and tax reporting.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
- Previous experience in public accounting.
- Experience with financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning and vision, quality management, promoting process
improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, and developing budgets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience using NetSuite
