Jefferson Wells is partnering with our Non-Profit Client in the Detroit Area to fill a Director of Finance PositionThe Director of Finance will manage monthly financial reporting, billing, prepare budget and manage budget compliance, cash flow management, and audit process. Must be hands-on as well as able to report to the Board of Director's Finance Committee.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Direct experience with Grant Accounting is highly preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
• Must have the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Must pass a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
