The Professional/Direct Hire Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnered with a strong and growing organization in Richland County, Ohio, to find an experienced Director of Finance to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $100K$150K, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in financial management.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP or similar systems.
- Prior experience in an organization with $10M+ in revenue and a team of 20+ employees.
- Proven success managing a 5-person department.
- Experience overseeing AP and AR functions.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
