What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
• 10+ years of accounting experience within the real estate industry
• CPA designation preferred
• Experience with open-end fund reporting is advantageous
• Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, real estate partnerships, and S-Corps
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
