Director of Finance (Real Estate) - $225,000 basepay

We areseeking a dynamic Director of Finance to oversee corporate accounting,financial and tax reporting, and investments in private equity and real estate.This role offers the opportunity to launch new funds, manage accountingstructures for new properties, and lead a talented team including the CorporateController, Treasurer, Assistant Controller, AP Manager, and AR Manager. As yougrow into the role, you'll take on increasing leadership responsibilities witha clear path to becoming the Chief Financial Officer. This position offersexceptional professional growth and development in a supportive and innovativeenvironment.

Theideal candidate will have a mix of public and private accounting experience,preferably with a CPA designation. Experience with open-ended funds, fair valueGAAP reporting, and REITs is essential. Knowledge of upcoming SEC compliancedemands for REITs and taxation for private REITs, partnerships, S-Corps, K1s,and REIT compliance is required. Corporate accounting experience, including anunderstanding of payroll and benefits from an accounting standpoint, is alsovaluable. This role demands a strong team player with superb communication,organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
