Director of Finance up to $230k + bonus & benefitWe are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to become a key part of our team. This newly established position is structured to provide a clear pathway to the CFO role, presenting a unique opportunity for advancement and leadership. Supervise corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equity, and real estate investments

Lead the financial accounting and reporting of company's real estate funds

Manage a team including Corporate Controller, AP Manager, and AR Manager

Assist with capital planning, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture structuring, and debt covenant compliance

Oversee corporate cash flow, payroll funding, invoice approvals, and owner distributionsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

CPA preferred

10+ years in real estate finance with public/private mix preferred, especially in accounting structures, fund setups, and compliance

Required experience in fair value accounting and open-ended funds
