OverviewThe position holder has the responsibility for both Compliance and Financial Crime Risks. The Business Control Office (BCOs) is a small but high impact team tasked to deliver a best-in-class conduct, controls, and culture for the Investment Bank (IB) and Corporate Bank (CB), working in partnership with our leadership, business aligned control teams and our partners in Infrastructure. You will play a critical role in overseeing the risk and control framework across the CBIB Divisions, focusing on Risk appetite, control assessments, and regulatory adherence with respect to the risk types. They will also be responsible for coordinating the Group's strategy, while ensuring that the BCOs strategy is aligned to Deutsche Bank Group strategy, in accordance with relevant regulations and laws, with client focused mindset.

What You'll Do - Establishing holistic, comprehensive programs of work that achieve business objectives by partnering with global and regional executives to shape roadmap and execution approach with critical eye to risk and control.
- Set high standard of quality delivery, identify requirements and source complexity, identify and manage required expertise and resources with pro-active issue resolution, agile delivery and risk management
- Executive communications with regular regulatory engagement
- Ensuring the documentation and tracking of programme/project relevant (inter-) dependencies, risks, issues, actions for mitigations and other related artefacts
- Ensuring that an appropriate programme governance is in place, providing a targeted status reporting on a regular basis including transparency on risks, issues and dependencies, as well as making recommendations on any required decisions
How You'll Lead- Lead team and oversee program of work, performing appropriate analyses, and actionable management information and presented to the relevant governance bodies and committees
- Partnership with various business lines and senior management to align goals with organizational objectives
Skills You'll Need - Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics (or equivalent)
- Extensive working experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of key front to back processes and systems
- Extensive working experience in managing large scale (cross divisional/multiple geographies) regulatory programmes across the full project lifecycle along with previous experience in Agile transformation/ delivery
- Significant experience in risk management, effectively identifying and assessing risks within a project/programme along with developing and implementing sustainable mitigating actions
- Proven experience in delivering programmes to address complex and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. Exposure to client risk or anti-financial crime subject matter beneficial
Skills That Will Help You Excel- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels along with the ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences
- Beneficial but not mandatory certificates in PRINCE 2, PMI, or any other project management certification
- Proactively seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and identifying potential sources for new ideas and approaches, leading to an improved performance

Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
