Responsibilities

+ Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly forecasts.

+ Develop financial models to project future performance and assess various scenarios.

+ Utilize DataRails to consolidate, analyze and streamline financial date for multiple subsidiaries.

+ Perform variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.

+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on financial performance.

+ Perform due dilignce and valuation analysis of potential acquisitions.

+ Analyze cost structures, profitability, and revenue trends to guide decision-making.

+ Prepare quarterly cash flow projections and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
