Lead Advisor, LLC is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for a client firm located in New York, NY.

The Director of Planning work with financial advisors to deliver support services for their practice. This would involve building financial plans, assisting with investment strategy and operations, along with other responsibilities. The role will work with other leaders in the firm to help support advisors.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Working with and designing systems for financial plan creation, product recommendations and client onboarding for the firm.
• Educating and training advisors of the planning and client experience process.
• Work with other firm leaders and associates to develop a productive and supportive environment for the advisors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business.

• Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licenses.

• Series 6 & 63.

• 3 – 5 Years experience in Sales Support Management, including hiring, training, planning, financial monitoring, and program development.

• Advisory services and broker/dealer experience with demonstrated investment knowledge and understanding of markets, products, platforms, and services

• Ability to assess client financial situations and analyze portfolios to develop and implement comprehensive plans aligned with client goals.
