Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

We're working with a world-famous sporting company as they expand their FP&A team! They are recently hiring for a new Director of FP&A!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand as they continue to expand. They plan on adding a further 3-5 people to the FP&A team within the year, so now is an excellent time to join them! This position will report into the VP.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead FP&A team and all FP&A processes
• Act as an internal expert in Workday Adaptive planning to maximize usage of the tool
• Streamline client's current Workday Adaptive Planning tool
• Utilize Adaptive Planning to improve financial processes and increase efficiency

Job requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in FP&A
• Prior experience in Workday Adaptive
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting- ideal candidate would hold an MBA or CPA
• Hybrid role in Florida- relocation assistance provided
