Director of Financial Reporting Location: Monmouth County WFH capability - 2 days per week - HYBRIDSalary: To $220K plus incentivesBenefits: Excellent benefits, generous PTO Responsible for Technical Accounting and External Reporting.
Support the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department by leading the implementation of new accounting standards and managing the company's quarterly earnings release and Form 10-Q/K filings.
Prepare financial reports/statements, footnotes, information and documentation for inclusion in the company's Earnings Releases and external financial reports (“Forms 10-Q & 10-K”).
Manage the review process of the company's Forms 10-Q & 10-K, including review of tie-out documentation to support reported amounts.Manage a team of two.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
CPA Certification preferred
Minimum 7 years experience in accounting and/or auditing working for a public accounting firm or a publicly-held entity.
Minimum 5 years of progressive SEC reporting experience.Supervisory experience required
