Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Reporting
- Monthly Close reporting - reviewing balance sheets, P&L's, variance analysis
- Explain and provide any changes in the reporting
- Research monthly P&L for the meetings
- Forecasting, provide board materials for the VP's and run the meetings and show reporting findings.
Qualifications of the Director of Financial Reporting
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Nonprofit is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, MIP, SAP, Power BI is a plus; experience with budgeting tools and advanced Excel skills
