The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of front of house Food & Beverage including Bear Restaurant, Gavel, In Room Dining, Basin Bar & Lavender Pool, the Wine & Spirits program, as well as the Events and Banquet teams. The Director of Food & Beverage will lead with our ENRICH values thereby creating and supporting a cohesive team and will be key in building interdepartmental collaboration.You will have the opportunity to lead an extraordinary team of food and beverage professionals in crafting and executing world-class dining experiences. Ensure visitors and guests are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our food and beverage offerings, and our culinary reputation is second to none in our market. As a member of our Executive Team, you will have accountability for all food and beverage departments and be a champion of the brand and our values.Core ResponsibilitiesPlease note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:* Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies.* Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals.* Remain personally responsible for maximizing quality levels of product, service, and guest satisfaction.* Collaborate with our Experiences team to ensure successful development and execution of programming to our guests and residents.* Exceptional relationship-building skills with all stakeholders.* A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.* Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.* Targeted compensation range - $165,000 - $175,000 annually on an exempt basis + incentive.Qualifications* Three or more years experience in food and beverage operations.* Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.* Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail* Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.* Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications* BilingualAdditional InformationAuberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
