About the Opportunity The Director of Global Treasury is accountable for day-to-day Global Treasury Operations, including all cash management functions, cash forecasting, foreign exchange, working capital management and loan administration at a high-growth multinational company. In collaboration with the Treasurer, maintains and cultivates global cash management banking relationships. Assists Treasurer with financial analysis and modeling, preparation of Treasury reporting packages and presentations to senior management. Supports Treasury Department participation in Oracle ERP implementation, A/P and A/R modules.Responsibilities Manages a team of experienced Treasury managers and professionals in the US and Mexico by aligning objectives and development plans with strategic business objectives Oversees day-to-day cash management banking relationships, negotiates bank and service fees, foreign exchange transactions Develops, implements, and maintains bank account structures, including cash pooling Evaluates and supervises departmental policies and procedures Ensures adequate liquidity for working capital and investment needs, invest short-term excess cash, develops forecasting methods, manages intercompany cash including intercompany lending, payments, dividends, and capital injections Oversees loan administration: credit facility usage, letter of credit issuance and loan compliance Prepares financial modeling and analysis, including consolidated cash forecasting, capital structure and alternative financing strategies, and presentations for senior management Supports non-recurring Treasury and cross-functional projects with Treasury involvement, as needed Responsible for managing activities in collaboration with Treasurer, Global and Business Unit Controllership, Transaction Services, Business Unit Finance and Global Tax to accomplish planned growth Contributes to the Business Unit's people priorities and objectives regarding: people leader effectiveness, engaged employees, and enabling others to perform Domestic and international travel required up 10% Represents Driscoll's in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at largeCandidate ProfileRequirements Minimum 10 - 15 years of Treasury experience, with at least 5 years at multinational companies headquartered in the US Minimum 5 years of people management experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent. Certified Treasury Professional certification and/or MBA Expertise administering and using global and domestic banking platforms, managing bank relationships and structuring bank accounts and services Experience overseeing loan administration and preparation/oversight of loan compliance Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and analysis and communicating Treasury concepts in PowerPoint and memos to senior management. Intermediate Excel skills, Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint skills Self-directed individual comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment who can prioritize and manage projects and people with minimal supervision Ability to direct the resolution of highly complex and/or unusual business issues by applying advanced analytical thought and judgementPreferred Qualifications Experience at an agricultural or fast-moving consumer goods company with cross-border operations is desirable Intellectual curiosity, desire to improve processes, detail oriented Collaborative working style. Ability to negotiate with and influence the opinions of others cross-functionally and at the executive level California driver's license and the ability to be covered under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictionsCompensation & Benefits:The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.
