Director of Grain Merchandising Responsibilities:

• Capitalize on opportunities in the Ag market
• Build relationships with producers throughout the area
• Responsible for over all oversight of buying, contracting and selling various commodities
• Oversight of sales plans, budgets, P&L
• Oversight of risk management
• Monitor future markets on a regular basis

Director of Grain Merchandising Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience merchandising grain/feed commodities
• Degree in Agriculture or related field
• Proficient in various software systems
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with a variety of commodities a plus

Comp: $150K-$200K base DOE bonus potential
