About The Role
At Flite, growth isn't just about numbers—it's about creating value and empowering our users to thrive. As the Director of Growth, you will play a critical role in shaping our expansion strategy, building high-value relationships, and ensuring that Flite remains the go-to platform for events. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you'll be a key driver of our mission, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to execute impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies to scale Flite's operations across new markets and verticals.
- Partnership Development:
- Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and organizers, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify growth opportunities in untapped regions and verticals, creating tailored strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use metrics and analytics to evaluate the success of initiatives, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.
- Innovative Execution:
- Experiment with and implement creative solutions to drive user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
