Ivy City Co. Is a private equity backed women's fashion brand founded in 2015 by a group of mothers and friends dedicated to creating unique feminine dresses that evoke timelessness and confidence in all ages and sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive innovative growth and paid media strategies to meet revenue and consumer targets, with a focus on sustainable, efficient growth. Oversee channel roadmap, optimization and expansion.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day paid marketing efforts with our ad agency to profitably acquire new customers through performance-based marketing channels, including META, Google, Instagram, AppLovin and Youtube.
  • Create strong internal partnerships with finance, product development, website and social media teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and seamless execution of successful financial growth initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation with new growth tactics, sales tactics, technologies and channels.
  • Leverage AB testing to foster insights and optimizations, ensuring that all marketing activities are efficient, effective and scalable.
  • Provide senior leadership and cross-functional partners with summaries and analyses of campaigns, results and forecasts / growth plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to generate a revolving door of content and build ad campaigns in-line with promo calendar and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure ad-strategy and performance are in-line with SALES and EBITDA targets.
  • Develop and evaluate key performance metrics related to CAC, lifetime value, channel performance and channel growth.
  • Own experimentation roadmap.
  • Design and analysis (deep in Excel!) of A/B tests that allow for the playbook of growth tools to grow.
  • Collaboratively contribute to quarterly and annual roadmap and financial forecasts.
  • Display leadership qualities in your personal work and interactions with teammates — optimistic, collaborative, inclusive, efficient, innovative, problem solver, etc. Face all tasks, opportunities, and challenges with a go-getter attitude.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience leading paid media and/or growth/performance marketing teams in the fashion or consumer products space.
  • Advanced understanding of direct response metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms specific to customer acquisition.
  • Start-up citizen mind-set with a bias toward change and comfort analyzing complicated sales and ROAS reports and distill data to multiple cross functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • First-hand knowledge of attribution, including techniques beyond last click such as interaction between paid and organic work streams
  • Experience driving and measuring awareness efforts
