Fellow is seeking a Growth leader to guide the evolution of our direct-to-consumer business. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this experienced operator will be responsible for efficiently scaling our performance program. They will guide all elements of this journey - from planning, resourcing, execution, measurement, and learning.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing and growing consumer ecommerce businesses. They are obsessed with growth, looking everywhere for inspiration and insights to improve their craft and staying on the forefront of the industry. This leader will frequently facilitate conversations with the executive team and board of directors. They are an excellent teacher and collaborator, bringing the team along and ensuring both the big picture and deliverables/roadmap are understood and bolstered.
