The Director of Growth Strategies will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and expansion for the entire company. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and fostering collaborations to achieve organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the overall objectives of the company.
- Continual training and strategy/tactics around how everybody is a part of the sales process to grow people inside the company on supporting BD efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and project management, to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Oversee and lead Marketing and Project Development Staff.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, industry stakeholders, and other organizations to enhance market presence and reputation.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and clients.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Present growth strategies and performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or a leadership role within the construction industry or comparable experience.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
