About the Role: As the Director of Housecall Pro Operations, you will play a crucial role in standardizing and optimizing the use of Housecall Pro across our Partnership of home services companies. This includes leading the integration of Housecall Pro during acquisitions, driving system improvements, and ensuring consistent and effective usage of the platform to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will own the strategic oversight of Housecall Pro utilization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a highly skilled and existing team of LSP (internal) Housecall Pro specialists broken into two categories implementations and training/support. Manage relationships with LSP dedicated Housecall Pro support (external).
  • Strategic Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of Housecall Pro across LSP Partners. Ensure that the software is implemented effectively in newly acquired businesses, as well as re-implemented in Partners previously onboarded. Build strategic roadmap with broader LSP goals in mind.
  • Implementation: Manage our existing and strong integrations team (Housecall Pro and Sage) with the key focus on ensuring a smooth transition to our tools with minimal disruption to operations. Partner with SVP of Strategy who owns New Partner Onboarding to make strategic recommendations on how we could integrate Partners quicker and more seamlessly.
  • Operational Optimization: Analyze current Partner operations to identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings through enhanced use of Housecall Pro including but not limited to job scheduling, dispatch, inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Reporting: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of Housecall Pro in driving operational excellence, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Establish standardized reporting and KPIs to track performance, drive decision-making, and support the broader strategic goals.
  • Training and Support: Oversee the training team to ensure proper use of Housecall Pro. Lead Housecall Pro Center of Excellence calls, suggesting focused topics that are in line with broader LSP operational goals.
  • Project Management: Drive change management initiatives related to the adoption and optimization of Housecall Pro, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, IT, or implementation roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience specifically with Housecall Pro.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale software implementations, preferably in a multi-location, multi-company environment.
  • Experience in the HVAC or broader home services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Training experience of end users
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using Housecall Pro, as well as strong general IT skills (e.g., understanding of integrations, data management, etc.).
  • Role will require travel to portfolio company locations
