The HR Director role is a newly-created position reporting into the VP of HR. The HR Director will not have direct reports; instead, they will focus on being a strategic business partner to C-Suite members and other leaders across multiple business units, such as supply chain, operations, and engineering. The HR Director will focus on organization design, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, etc. The Director must be on-site three to four days a week.

Description
- Partner with Supply Chain leaders and others to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead initiatives related to organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, and employee engagement to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Drive HR-related change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and support for employees during transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to drive functional goals, foster a performance-driven culture, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Profile
- A strategic and forward-thinking HR leader with a proven track record of driving business performance in large, complex, and matrixed organizations.
- 10+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
- The ability to go on-site three to four times a week.
- Deep knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and best practices, with demonstrated success in labor relations and fostering positive employee relations.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to synthesize information, address root issues, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and accountable, with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop actionable HR strategies.
