Job Description- Develop a detailed understanding of the business: its employees, departments, jobs, structure, processes, and business operation
- Lead and mentor a team of Human Resource professionals
- Resolve employee relations issues and mediate, as necessary while protecting the client and company from risk associated with litigation
- Partner with International HR team members on rolling out HR strategy & processes across locations
- Foster a positive, inspired, respectful, success-oriented, collaborative, accountable and exciting environment within his/her department and the company
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in the Logistics industry is a plus
- Ability to come into the office 5 days a week
