- Own the design, implementation, and management of HR systems (HRIS) to streamline people processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and refine workflows for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and other core HR functions.
- Mentor and develop the People Operations team to support their growth and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with other People & Culture leaders to align operational efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to integrate systems and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, proactively managing any updates.
- Lead initiatives to develop, update, and communicate employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Manage internal audits to ensure adherence to data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and other regulatory requirements.
- Leverage data to create actionable insights around workforce trends, retention, and performance metrics.
- Regularly present reports to leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Lead process improvement initiatives to create scalable and efficient people operations as the company grows.
- Drive change management for new HR tools, programs, and policies.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration, ensuring smooth and accurate execution.
- Evaluate and enhance benefits programs to align with employee needs and company goals.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a competitive and equitable compensation structure.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in HR systems and tools, with a proven track record of implementing and managing HRIS.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful strategies and actions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
