  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR and operational strategies with overall business goals
  • Coordinate with team leads to streamline processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage the talent acquisition process to ensure the right people are hired at the right time
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee and manage HR functions including onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, and development
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizationPreferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources management and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Demonstrated strong business acumen. Ability to understand and operationalize complex personnel needs and objectives.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
    • Experience at a growth stage technology company
    • Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
