Rosemont Center is seeking a full-time Director of HR and Payroll.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
- Coordinating interviews for new staff
- Onboarding new hires and organize orientations
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience as an HR Director in Skilled Nursing Facility
- Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
