The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
