Our client is the world's largest vertically integrated Knitted Wire Mesh manufacturer, they design, build, and maintain all their manufacturing equipment in-house. A newly created role has been specially crafted for a Global Director of Human Resources to join their team headquartered in Lincoln, RI. This is a full-time, on-site position, compensation for this role is $175-$225k based on experience. Relocation assistance is available should you not currently reside in a commutable distance. Requirements:
- Provide strategic leadership and input to the executive team on all HR-related matters to support the company's transition and growth.
- Develop succession management processes to address short and long-term needs effectively.
- Serve as a key advisor on organizational design, change management, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning issues.
- Develop standardized HR systems and procedures across the organization, including job definitions and compensation benchmarks for all roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) .
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a global manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Global travel to the company's various manufacturing locations is expected on a routine basis approximately 20% of the time, primarily to Mexico and Romania. Occasional trips to China, India, and Germany on an as-needed basis.
