Hiring: Director of Human Resources

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Salary: up to $108,000

We seek a seasoned, strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR functions across our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations. This role requires expertise in compliance, team development, benefits administration, payroll management, and employee relations. As part of the leadership team, you'll shape a positive workplace culture, ensuring our HR practices support company objectives and industry standards. Key responsibilities include guiding and developing an HR team, maintaining compliance with all relevant labor laws, managing competitive benefits programs, overseeing accurate payroll processing, and fostering employee engagement. You'll also analyze HR metrics to drive improvements in retention, performance, and talent management, ensuring our workforce is equipped to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
• At least 7 years in a senior HR leadership role, with relevant experience in the QSR or food service industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in hospitality.
• Proven team leadership skills, with a focus on talent development and collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software tailored for the QSR industry.
