As a priority thought partner to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this role seeks to advance human resources at ETR by championing science, supporting health equity, and developing a mission-centered workforce. ETR requires a Human Resource leader who is engaged with our remote workforce and committed to collaborating around the execution of a bold vision. This role requires a human resource professional ready to showcase their knowledge and experience in being able to collaborate and innovate while overseeing and co-leading benefits & compensation, designing and administering policies, supporting strategic human resources planning, recruitment & affirmative action and ensuring compliance. This position works remotely and can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Location: Remote - United States
Starting Pay Range: $126,700-154,900 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $126,700-140,800 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
