Position Overview

In recent years, Arnold Ventures has piloted impact investments in various areas. Through these pilots, it has become clear that the time is ripe to launch an impact investing initiative focused on affordable housing to deepen our work and leverage capital markets to catalyze innovation and address the affordable housing crisis at scale. Initial investments will primarily focus on high impact affordable housing projects and closing the financing gap for underrepresented developers.

The Director will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring impact investments opportunities across at least one region, as well as managing current investments. This position will be located in either the Washington, DC or Houston offices and will report to the Executive Vice President of Impact Investing, Affordable Housing.

Core Responsibilities

The salary range for this position will be $145,000-$200,000.
