We are seeking a Director of Implementation Services to join our mission to power any video experience using Kaltura's SaaS Video and Virtual Event Platform. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Experience organization, specifically within Professional Services, where you will lead and manage a team dedicated to implementing Kaltura products and services for our clients.
As the Director of Implementation Services, you will oversee a team of Implementation Managers who handle the setup and configuration of our SaaS products, with a particular focus on Virtual Events. This position demands a strategic leader with a robust background in team leadership, project management, client relations, and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully managing complex software implementations and leading high-performing teams within tight deadlines.
This role is based in New York City, with an expectation for candidates to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
