Lead and provide strategic management to a team dedicated to coordinating the design and implementation of new product offerings Develop and execute a clear planning strategy for operational design and execution of products, using a fact-based approach and supporting an agile business model Identify, drive, and lead the deployment of new operational solutions that deliver benefits such as SG&A reduction, cost avoidance, revenue generation, affordability, etc. Set priorities and demonstrate sound judgment in handling complex situations Act as a key liaison between the executive leadership team and operational partners Execute on initiatives, ensuring consistency in outcomes.
