White offers an attractive benefit package, including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance, long-term disability, paid vacation and holidays.LocationOnalaska, WisconsinJob RequirementsPOSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Director of Information Technology is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our company's computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing and telecommunications infrastructure. The successful candidate will have proven skills and professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry best practices. Responsibilities include:
Manage all information technology, telecommunication, and computer systems. Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions on a timely basis. Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Preserve assets, information security and control structures. Prepare the Department's annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Develop and recommend long- and short-range systems plans. Provide day-to-day support of our Epicor Kinetic ERP system. Backup of other IT positions as needed.EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Proven work experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or equivalent experience. BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems. Expertise in data center management and data governance. Minimum of three years' experience in the administration and maintenance of SQL-based ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Experience with SSRS and SQL - preferably in a Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills in a business environment. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
