The IT Director oversees the IT team, manages hardware and software, and drives company-wide technology updates while fostering collaboration across departments.DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDevelop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity.Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Adhere to the VitalCore's policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.Work closely with departments to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & PREFERRED SKILLSBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field required.Experience in developing budgets and business plans.Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software.Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SCHEDULEFull-time, salaried, Mon-FriVitalCore Health Strategies is an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace in which all employees have an opportunity to participate and contribute to the success of the business and are valued for their skills, experience, and unique perspectives.Keywords: Director of IT, information technology, IT Manager, Information Technology manager, #indmg #ZRMon-Fri, Full-time
