POSITION CONCEPT:
Boston Center for the Arts seeks to add a forward-thinking and strategic Director of Institutional Giving to our expanding Development Team. Supported by the Development Coordinator and in collaboration with the Senior Director of Development, the Director of Institutional Giving will strategize relationships with foundation, government, and corporate funders, and successfully secure funding as the organization continues to build its combined base of contributed support toward a goal of $1.7m for the current fiscal year.

JOB STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS:
This is an exempt full-time position. The salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. Boston Center for the Arts offers a comprehensive benefits package including generous paid time off (PTO), medical and dental insurance, an FSA plan, short-term disability, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan plus complimentary tickets to BCA events.
