  • Design individualized learning plans to address each student's unique needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents, delivering clear and comprehensive evaluations, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Track student progress to ensure instructional strategies are effective and academic goals are met.
  • Provide parents with regular progress updates, building trust and fostering engagement with parents to ensure student success.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach our instructional team on best practices in academic language therapy, including Orton-Gillingham based approaches, to maximize student outcomes.
  • Adjust learning plans and collaborate with instructors to adapt strategies as needed to optimize student performance.
  • Play an integral role in community outreach efforts, building partnerships, and expanding our reach to serve more students in the Montgomery area.
  • Teach students using our Orton-Gillingham based academic language therapy programs.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in education, special education, speech language therapy, educational psychology, or a related field. Certification in Dyslexia Therapy or Language-Based Learning Disabilities is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in educational assessments, particularly for students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking and communicating student progress, with a focus on data-driven improvements.
  • Leadership experience in coaching or mentoring educational teams, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with families, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving student success.
  • Sales or client-facing experience is preferred; ability to confidently guide families through key decisions about their child's education.
