Director of Intake AdmissionsResponsibilities:
- Oversee client intake team and enrollment process
- Hiring and professional development of all team members
- Ensure referral information and appropriate documentation is accurate and on time
- Oversee insurance verification and billing
- Coordinate with key departments to improve and optimize the intake process
- Ensure appropriate enrollment, retention and education of enrolled members
- Coordinate referrals out to appropriate agencies when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN. BSN preferred
- Certified Home Health Care experience
- Intake/Admissions experience
- Experience working with multiple referral platforms including Navi and Allscripts
- Experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisory role
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
