Responsibilities

Roxbury is seeking an energetic clinician to lead our Admissions Department.

This position serves as a senior leader reporting directly to the CEO.

• Supervise all aspects of the Intake Department
• Cooridnates referral and intake process
• Maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and intake staff
• Manage the program census, providing administrative management, and training of intake staff
• Coordinate staff and program scheduling
• Maintain compliance, conduct compliance audits
• Perform direct patient care services in the Intake capacity

Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Qualifications

Director of Intake Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Psychology or other related field which includes a practicum in health or human service agency required.
• Two years experience in admissions/intake or behavioral healthcare environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
