The Director of Land Acquisition position is for a renowned US. Home Builder based in Texas.

The role is for a Director of Land Acquisition and involves carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Recruiting, hiring and training.
• Acquisition goals, objectives and targets
• Searching for current and future land
• Establish and maintain relationships within the land space.
• Lead acquisition contract process

Requirements for the Director of Land Acquisition role are:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• A minimum of 7 years experience
• Experience in land acquisition transactions for a home builder
• Ability to analyse and report and present
• Manage projects budget and schedules.
