Working alongside top-level firm leadership and hiring committees, you'll ensure the seamless execution of the firm's lateral partner hiring strategy, directly impacting the firm's competitive positioning and success.Key Responsibilities
- Firmwide Oversight: Ensure outstanding and consistent delivery of lateral partner hiring services across the firm's offices.
- Hiring Strategy Execution: Partner with Practice Group leaders to identify hiring needs and execute a strategic lateral partner hiring plan.
- Process Management: Lead all phases of the lateral partner hiring process, from needs assessments to onboarding, including the use of data-driven insights and competitive analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Establish and manage strong relationships with preferred search firms, fostering collaboration to promote the firm's brand and attract top talent.
- Candidate Vetting and Offer Process: Collaborate with the hiring committee and Practice Group leadership on candidate vetting and interviewing, ensuring a smooth, informed offer process.
- Coordination & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for partner candidates and search firms, handling all logistics, interview scheduling, and briefing calls.
- Onboarding & Integration: Work closely with Practice Management and Client Development teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of lateral hires, setting them up for long-term success at the firm.
- Market Insights: Conduct ongoing research on market trends and competitive hiring practices to keep the firm's recruitment approach innovative and effective.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on key hiring metrics, providing insights to optimize the recruitment process and inform firm leadership.

Qualifications
