  • Determine, review, and monitor pricing for new and renewal leases
  • Maintain and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Work with the Director of Special projects on unit renovation selections and progress
  • Monitor leasing agents in their sales process, marketing, and listings while executing corporate training guides and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling of part-time, on-site employees
  • Develop, manage, and maintain aggressive and effective leasing and marketing strategies individual to each luxury property in conjunction with quarterly media plan
  • Research the competitive landscape to stay on top of trends and new developments and play a central role in executing individual buildings' unique selling proposition
  • Responsible for monthly comp reports
  • Review and monitor individual apartment listings and listing syndication service
  • Manage creative agencies and provide marketing direction
  • Oversee, in conjunction with SVP, creative campaigns including collateral, print, digital, advertising, branding, social media, and event partnerships
  • Coordinate with out-sourced consultants for the development and production of advertising, signage, and collateral material
  • Update eblasts, signage, and digital collateral as needed
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and Kingsley surveys
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for renovation projects
  • Conduct property weekly site tours
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Must possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products
  • Knowledge of Yardi, Nestio, On-Site preferred
  • Experience pricing without software (LRO/Yieldstar) is a must
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Sophisticated written and editorial skills
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work well within a corporate environment and relate well to people at all levels within the organization
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail and comfortable working on multiple parallel accelerated tracks
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery of long-term tasks
  • Motivated and independent with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience managing high-end, multi-family, real estate leasing teams
