Title: Director of Manufacturing Location: Southern California Type: Full Time, Salaried with benefits Salary: $235,000-$255,000/year plus bonusOverview: Regulated manufacturing facility is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to join their team in leading and overseeing all GMP manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for specified business unit with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards.

Develop and implement manufacturing schedule, allocate labor and capital resources.

Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions.

Work with cross functional operations managers to understand their current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules.

Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging.Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required.

10-15 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years in a management role.

FDA GMP regulation experience.

Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
