ABOUT THIS ROLE Orchestra is seeking aDirector of Marketing Communications to help drive our integrated strategy across internal and external channels. This role will be instrumental in managing our editorial calendar, shaping our narrative and leading impactful campaigns that build Orchestra's brand among key stakeholders, including employees, clients, prospects and the investor community. This person will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra. Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis.   • Lead the creation and management of an integrated editorial calendar across all channels, for both internal and external audiences
  • Drive the planning and execution of external content marketing campaigns
  • Oversee internal communications campaigns and content touchpoints to drive employee engagement
  • Guide the editorial planning process, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications
  • Establish editorial standards and processes that maintain brand integrity
  • Help build the right marketing tech stack and manage it
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and ROI
Essential Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in content, marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, PR or a related field
  • Strong background in editorial planning and content strategy
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated communications strategies with a focus on media relations and external campaigns
  • Strong editorial judgment and excellent writing skills
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing
  • Experience with measurement and analytics
  • Ability to work across channels: media relations, social media, search, blog/website, email, awards, speaking, paid media and ads
  • Ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with various teams and subject matter experts
  • Experience in managing sensitive or confidential announcements with professionalism and discretion

  • Experience managing internal communications

WORKING AT ORCHESTRACompensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels. Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $150,000-$160,000, plus eligibility for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance. Benefits:
