TITLE Director of Marketing and Communications DESCRIPTION Position: Director of Marketing and Communications Type: Full-Time Location: Erie County Description: The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for leading our integrated marketing efforts, developing strategic marketing initiatives, managing donor relationships, and enhancing internal communications. Your work will support behavioral health programs that truly make a difference in our community! Responsibilities: Develop strategy for and manage execution of an annual comprehensive integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for the service line and programmatic campaigns across various media channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social) to elevate brand awareness. Collaborate with creatives to produce engaging materials like brochures, newsletters, and content for social platforms. Oversee website updates to ensure a clear communication of services and career opportunities. Analyze campaign performance to optimize reach and return on investment. Contribute to the development of an annual strategic marketing plan aligned with organizational goals. Develop campaign plans for programmatic needs such as recruitment, events, service launches, and stigma reduction. Use data and market insights to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations. Create and execute internal communication strategies to keep our team informed and engaged. Distribute regular updates and announcements, promoting connection across departments. Build strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Develop fundraising strategies and coordinate events to foster ongoing donor support. Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to the Integrated Marketing and Community Impact (IMCI) team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth, creativity, and high performance in marketing, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities. Serve as the primary fundraiser, leading the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure philanthropic support and drive donor engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within healthcare. Minimum of 2 years formal supervisory experience leading creative/marketing communications teams. Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media, CRM systems, and advertising platforms Additional Requirements Strong writing skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences. Proven leadership experience in effectively leading creative/marketing communication teams. Experience in advertising, marketing/campaign planning, donor relations, and internal communications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
